THE MASTERS COURSE SYNOPSIS
This advanced course is an ideal opportunity for the dentist who desires to offer their patients exceptional “Composite Art” dentistry. This is also an essential program designed for those clinicians who may be pursuing accreditation in dental organizations, which includes composite artistry. These candidates are required to demonstrate clinical excellence and knowledge of complex anterior direct restorations. Creating six direct veneers is one of the most comprehensive and difficult cases to master. Excellence in case selection followed by preparation, tooth morphology, matrix placement, and material selection must be perfectly controlled to achieve the ultimate esthetic result. Fine detail in the clinical fundamentals, step by step, must be performed precisely; including anatomical layering to include ideal opacity and translucency, hand finishing, texture and final polishing. This three day intensive hands-on workshop will provide attendees with proven foundational fundamentals and esthetic principals for success. All aspects of this course will be taught, demonstrated, performed, and discussed systematically, with the goal of demystifying the complexity of restoring up to six teeth with composite restorative material. When properly engineered and seamlessly blended, the clinician can create composite art that can rival the beauty of natural teeth.
"Dear Dr Chan,
Sandeep and I have reached safely back home to Seattle.
I wish to thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful course.
I'm already thinking about how I'm going to change not just my anterior composites but my everyday posterior composites too.
I will be ordering "brush and sculpt" and I have already ordered a glycerin gel via Amazon.
I have been involved with Spear since 2011. I did the complete UCLA Esthetic continuum in 2006. Plus I have done numerous other workshops. However THIS was a unique experience. I was immediately comfortable with the set up and with you at the helm and Liann and Linda beside you.
The training facility is VERY comfortable and cozy yet cutting edge. I felt at home.
Most of us dentists are shy and retiring in nature. I usually stumble on words in large gatherings (or small ones too ... for that matter ) but here, you put us at ease and so I was able to talk / ask questions and generally "be myself "
You are truly "an educator". You made this workshop all about US.... the attendees and not about you. If I had your skills and accomplishments, I would have had a giant head :-)
Therefore, it was also a great lesson/ workshop in humility. I wish to emulate it.
I'm leaving here, very inspired by your kindness and generosity.
Now I need to make sure I practice and practice and practice and get better and then practice some more.
Very sincerely, with my warmest regards ,
Keerti, Redmond, WA
